Glossary is usually defined as an alphabetical list of technical terms in some specialized field of knowledge. This knowledge base glossary provides a collection of knowledge base documents that define many technical terms. One-Over-One Approval
Summary: When one-over-one approval is required in order to process your request, you must seek and obtain the approval of the individual to whom you report - the person who is one position over you.

To determine your one-over-one authority, note your position in the hierarchy below: <ul> <li>President/Deputy Vice-Chancellor</li> <li>Vice President/Associate Vice-President</li> <li>Dean</li> <li>Director/Chair</li> <li>Manager</li> <li>Researcher</li> <li>Administrator or Authorized Delegate</li> <li>Student or External Individual/Agency</li> </ul> <p>Your one-over-one is the person in your department/division that falls in the level directly above you. An approval more than one level up from you should only be sought when your one-over-one is absent.</p>
